Florida Foreshadowing with the Bush Family and Charles Colson of Naples, FL, One of the Nixon Watergate Lawyers

As a historian, I consider what can be learned from history.  Being an avid viewer of Murder, She Wrote, Perry Mason, and [Ben] Matlock, Poirot (Agatha Christie), Murdock Mysteries (produced and broadcast by the Canadian Broadcasting Corp.), I often consider what it takes to research what is happening, both historically and during our current days. Actually, I have been doing research about much of what has been happening with political figures since I was a librarian working at a Florida corporation where Lawton Chiles (“Walkin'” Lawton who won his U.S. Senate seat after walking the entire state of Florida). While I spent most of my time researching environmental impacts of zebra mussels on hydro plants, nuclear energy and cold fusion as an alternative, alternative fuels, and self-insuring the corporation following losses due to Hurricane Andrew in 1992, I was also assigned projects by the CFO of the company who likely got the orders from “Walkin'” Lawton who was serving on our board of trustees after he departed the U.S. Senate and was preparing for a run for governor.  

The assignment was to research the possible impact of Jeb Bush on our company should he run for governor. In the process, I discovered “Jebbie’s” interests were strong in gambling and attempting to make gambling legal in Florida. (“Jebbie” was the name used by a Republican in Florida whom I had known most of my life who had come from Newark Valley – speaking as if he knew “Jebbie’ personally; he may have; coincidence: once gambling happened in Florida, the guy spent a great bit of time at the gambling casino; the CFO of that company was related to the founder of the Publix chain which, along with “Walkin'” Lawton, stood firmly against legalization of gambling; another note: the one from Newark Valley was the widower of a former mayor of Newark Valley; both were in two different political parties, but at that time, I was still a registered Republican; that guy was also a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps of World War II). Apparently there were a number of us who were looking into Jeb Bush and in various arenas in Florida and who knows where else.  

As a result, when Lawton Chiles ran for governor in 1994, his opponent was “Jebbie” Bush.  “Walkin'” Lawton defeated “Jebbie” Bush in that 1990 election.  It likely really angered “Jebbie” and I believe I have felt the target of vengeance, among many others.  For during that time, there was an influx of Republicans beginning to work a hostile takeover of our company where I owned company stock.  They were working with two that I know of.  Kenneth Lay of a natural gas company based in Houston, TX (where possibly – speculative – a NV Baptist and former Democrat racist bigot turned Republican was employed – his family enemies to my mother).  The other person was Charles Colson. Colson had bee released from prison and made his home in Naples, FL.  Other we had not found as much about him in this regard.  My bet is that he was far more involved than we knew.

If one reads the details of Charles Colson in a Wikipedia article, one discovers there is a great deal of connection to both “Jebbie” and George W. Bush.  First of all, Governor “Jebbie” pardoned Colson and returned Colson’s right to vote, in spite of being a convicted felon.  Hypocrite “Jebbie” later created a privatized prison system in Florida for the purposes of jailing black folk.  The reason? To arrest young black folk on misdemeanor charges in which white fold were NOT arrested, putting those young folk in jail with hardened criminals.  Once released those kids were often tied up with the criminals in jail and often got framed for crimes they did not commit and ended up back in jail.  Eventually they became felons who could not vote.  Do we know a church where the pastor was formerly imprisoned and framed after returning to society?  Framing is a common way to put good people away and remove their rights as citizens entitled to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” in the land with “liberty and justice for all.”  It was a device used in Florida quite frequently, especially with black folk. Our Peace & Justice Ministries, an ecumenical group, worked to fight that as much as we could.  We had Protestants and Roman Catholics all working together to work in the name of Christ and top the BS being done by racists in Florida.  People up here say, “why should we be concerned because it can never happen here.”  Think again.  THINK… as Thomas J. Watson would say.

While president, George W. Bush gave an award to Charles Colson.  Did he deserve it?  Not on your life did he deserve it.

Furthermore, “Jebbie” pushed for a law called “Stand Your Ground.”  It was sold as a means to stop people with guns.  It was actually a law to shoot down black folk.  For example, shortly after the law was passed, a young black man in a car turned the volume of his rap music up to high levels.  Some white guy shot the guy and killed him.  The white guy gets off for murder based on that law in Florida.  Yet, as with Renee Good of Minnesota, the young man never threatened the white man.  

Another example.  A black person in a theater was talking during the movie.  He was shot to death by a white person. Another example. An inter-racial couple at a stop sign in Fort Lauderdale were shot dead by someone “standing his ground” because he did not believe that there should be inter-racial marriage.  

If anyone thinks this “foreshadowing” of events could never happen here?  You are mistaken and we need to be prepared for such.  

One more issue with “Jebbie.” He joined the SAR at the same time I did.  When some of us wanted to admit black folk descended from veterans of the American Revolution, “Jebbie” was opposed to such.  That would mean that my black relatives (inter-racial marriages) in Binghamton would not be able to join the SAR, based on the same ancestors I have.  

Oh, yes.  Can I forget when I was at St. Mary’s Medical Center in North Palm Beach (where “Jebbie” was on the board of directors), I was blackmailed by some woman on staff there who had said she knew “Jebbie.”  Hmmmmm.  Her last name was Ellis.  Do you know what JEB is?  JOHN ELLIS BUSH – related to the Ellis family.  She tried to blackmail me unless I expressed support for Donald Trump.  That was 2018 during Trump’s first term.  Furthermore, I am still wondering why I was carted a long distance by helicopter to St. Mary’s when there was a trauma center within a short driving distance from my home and that hospital was where my own primary care physician worked.  

The question still remains.  In the last month of “Walkin'” Lawton’s term as governor, as “Jebbie” was about to assume the office of governor, he suddenly died.  There has been talk “on the street” that Bush and that family was responsible for the death of Chiles.  But it has never been proven.  After reading the article about Charles Colson of Naples, FL, I have to speculate, based on the number of times that Colson used poisons and LSD against people whom Nixon had a vengeance.  One person was against a reporter named Jack Anderson who had released a defamatory story about Nixon just prior to the 1960 election.  Nixon held a vengeance against Anderson, blaming him for losing that election of 1960.  And even today, we still live with this bullshit with the Man-baby and the Kennedy Rose Garden and the Kennedy Performing Arts Center.  

Do I have proof that Colson was involved with Governor Chiles’s death?  No.  I do not.  Only circumstantial evidence and hearsay “on the street.”  A huge part of the circumstantial evidence is the popularity of Governor Chiles so as to defeat “Jebbie” in 1994.  It was widely known that the Bush family was scared of Governor Chiles as he had plans to run for president in 2000 and the governor of Texas was favored by the Republicans:  George W. Bush.  Chiles could have beaten Bush, for sure.  

It is also said that many who would be good leaders have been frightened by these events and don’t want to get involved in politics.  Is this true?  I don’t know.  

There is also evidence that Teddy Roosevelt may have had ADHD. In those days, there was no medications to curb ADHD, as today.  The claim has been made that those today who are like Teddy Roosevelt with ADHD would be pushed off into a background job of accounting or technology and not seeking leadership positions at all.  Is this true?  I don’t know for sure. TR’s father, Teddy Roosevelt, Sr., like many people of wealth, had purchased his way out of the draft in the Union Army of the American Civil War.  TR reacted to that by insisting, during a later stage in his life, joining forces in the Spanish-American War where he led forces up San Juan Hill in Cuba.  

 But in 2007, Democrat Lee Iacocca wrote a book titled, Where Have All the Leaders Gone? It was not conclusive, but did bring up many questions for consideration.  Iacocca did mention the favored status of the Saudi government by the Bush regime as it exited members of that royal family out of the USA following Osama Bin-Laden’s 9/11 fiasco.  And much of what was happening with the corporation where I was working – Kenneth Lay, etc. – was related to the Saudi Arabians. I have a suspicion that the attack on Iran is more than just Netanyahu and Israel.  Here we are in 2026 and the same ones who gave us high oil prices under Nixon are likely still involved with what is happening today, one way or another.  

Side note:  I have discovered that Lee Iacocca was at Lehigh University at the same time that a former Tioga County legislator from Newark Valley was at Lehigh University. 

One thing about J.B. Fletcher, the character in Murder, She Wrote, was that she had taught English in the Cabot Cove High School. She often used literary elements in her work as a mystery writer and in assisting solving murders.  Often she mentioned the use of foreshadowing in literature and applied it to real life situations.  In this case, I see Charles Colson with Nixon and others, plus Florida events from the 1990s until the present day as foreshadowing what we are seeing now.  People must not be familiar with this idea of “foreshadowing.”  Most of my writing for the past 20 years is meant to be a foreshadowing based on what we all experienced in Florida.  

Instead, I got this.  “Don’t talk to me about politics.”  It’s not politics.  Sometimes what happened in Florida had to do with murder , framing, and blackmail by people who have no morals, scruples, or ethics.  

Rather than look at what I say as a “foreshadowing” and an environment to learn from history, as I pass the historical experiences and information to others, people shoot holes in the information before even considering it.  Listening to one another?  You have to be kidding.  

The Democrats who ran the corporation where I worked often had us doing brain-storming.  NO ONE was to shoot something down and all was to be like placing our cards on the table before even discussion and communication.  But there was NEVER to be shooting at something as if some person’s ATTITUDE was that the idea was stupid.  If that shooting happened, such a person was only thinking about themselves, how THE PERSON could win, and push their narrow part of the world. Such ones had no capability for viewing the wider picture.  

There is too much shooting down of ideas and solutions among the Baby Boomers and younger.  In brain-storming of the 1980s and 1990s, those in the WWII generation were less likely to do such a thing.  They had experienced this nation going through quite a hassle in Europe and the Pacific, besides experiencing the Great Depression.  They had witnessed how this nation had to solve the problems of those days so such WWII people knew what to do in brain-storming.  The idea for researching self-insuring rather than relying on big corporate giants of insurance so as to protect against hurricanes came out of one of the quality circles brain-storming sessions.  Before we could take it any further, the GD Republicans swerved in and shut us down.  An example of how much those bastards only like big corporate billionaires, which was something I viewed in the late 1980s and early 1990s in Florida.  In those years, the Republicans shut down R&D for cold fusion and the R&D moved to Europe where they have made progress in that area, even if it is still not solved.  As with the treatment of Einstein and 19th Century “Clinton’s Ditch” builder, narrow-minded Republicans scoffed at the ideas as if they could not be used to solve problems.  Of course they could not when Republican strategy is to destroy by sabotage, as they have done with forms of public retirement and retirement healthcare which could provide capitalist ROI for retirees.  To Republicans.  It is called “capitalism, stupid.”  Capitalism with balance and profits which is not an evil thing. Meanwhile,  the one-sided lop-sided bulging pockets of billionaires is NOT capitalism. The 1000% PLUS increase in CEO salaries is NOT capitalism.  

Colson did quite a large amount of damage to this nation and then was pardoned with his rights as a felon overturned so he could vote, and then awarded a presidential award.  Life is not about winning and being vengeful when not winning.  Such actions are described in the Hebrew Scriptures with verses about vengeance such as “you must take an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.”  In this time of Holy Week, we need to remember that Christ overturned that Hebrew Scripture.  Christ also would not have accepted the Machiavellian words of selfishness and greed:  “the end justifies the means.”  Colson and others all follow such a principle or else they would not have invaded the Watergate Hotel and then validated their actions by putting down those who challenged them on their evil actions because “the end justifies the means.”

And with Nixon and Watergate, we thought it was all over when Nixon resigned in 1974.  It was not.  Democrat turned Republican Ronald Wilson Reagan reared his ugly head and challenged Gerald Ford from the moderate wing of the Republican Party, setting up the path for the fascists in that party.  And going back even further, fascist Howard Taft  and Herbert Hoover of that political party.  Taft had challenged Teddy Roosevelt and the party was split in 1912.  The difference was that, in the 1970s, Gerald Ford did not know how to “speak softly and carry a big stick” when Reagan came on the scene.   That was also the beginning of huge increases in CEO salaries for people who don’t know how to make money the old fashioned way – “to earn it.”  

Man-baby Trumpty Dumpty has no idea what it means to “earn” money.  And this was known before he even ran for president in 2016, but did people take it seriously?  Nope.

A Little Cheese with My W(h)ine! Media Destruction of Biden

We have this Man-baby in charge. I have never liked the man since using one of his real estate persons in Florida to purchase my first Palm Beach County home. That was 1996. I hoped I could get over the bastard. The bastard returned into my life in 2016. I wanted Hillary Clinton, as did most of those in the popular vote where Hillary won over the Man-baby.

We then had Joe Biden. I had always liked Joe Biden. Maybe there was an imperfection. But overall, I liked President Biden. I liked Vice President Kamala Harris, too. I find it disgusting those who think either one was “not qualified” enough. Usually it was due to some imperfection. Bullshit on imperfection because we are ALL imperfect at some point. But what is the overall picture?

Why have so many Americans lost sight of the appreciation for what America is all about, in SPITE OF IMPERFECTIONS at times? What has caused this?

First of all, it was Reagan/Bush and the removal of the Fairness Doctrine. BTW. When I mention it was Reagan, then someone contests me that it was Bush. I say Bush and someone contests me that it was Reagan. That is another problem with Americans of the Baby Boom Generation and younger. They don’t consider the point being made but feel compelled to shoot something down – perfection babies. That is bullshit. There is not perfection. But by not taking a look at the overall picture with Hillary, Biden and Kamala, we have ended up with this shithead whom a British tabloid called the “Man-baby.” I call him the Man-baby Trumpty Dumpty who has falls and everyone puts him back together again.

The Fairness Doctrine in the media was put together following World War II so as to protect America against what the Nazis did to Germany. Hitler Propaganda Minister Goebbels utilized a strategy to tell lies over and over again until they become the truth. Propaganda. Americans who suffered under World War II were intelligent enough to see that we needed that Fairness Doctrine. The freaking lousy Baby Boomers and younger cut off their noses in spite of their faces. Thus, they care unable to discern fact from fiction and fall in line, especially the younger ones who were never taught the words of the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution or Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address, etc., who are not able to discern what is right and wrong with regard to morality and ethics. And these asswipes never learn from history that prohibition (alcohol, gambling and what not) have NEVER WORKED to teach a society right and wrong. That history shows us that censorship does not work, either. In fact, there are European examples today that regulation and moderation education work better than prohibition and censorship. Even Bobby Kennedy, Jr., gave a 2007 speech with FACTS and FIGURES that Massachusetts regulation of abortion did a better job of curtailing the number of abortions than the state of Mississippi (and so many lousy Dixie states from the old Confederacy and still fighting the civil war) did with attempts to PROHIBIT abortions. Stupid SCOTUS with no brains never saw this. And now I guess Kennedy believes “if you can’t beat them, then join them” – with his stupid idiotic asswipe crap about “anti-vax” vaccination position with no facts to back himself up.

Without the Fairness Doctrine, the media has become such an abysmal nightmare, it is unbelievable. During the Biden administration, how many times did the media put out good vibes about Biden’s accomplishments? How many times did the media keep broadcasting all the f***ing crap in front of crowds which the Man-baby gave us? People bought it, too.

How many times did I hear people AND the media complain about inflation during the Biden years? Many times. Yet the facts and figures told a different story and if one just looked at prices on the grocery shelves, one could see where there were increases and where there were not. If one was a skillful intelligent consumer on the DEMAND side of a capitalist market, they could have helped lower inflation even more. But no. Asswipe instant gratification Baby Boomers and younger HAD to have what they WANTED and never considered “what is it I NEED and how does that fall in line with prices?” Had the NEED outweighed the WANT, then one would have seen the price of beef short ribs to be over $10 per pound and dozen eggs to be over $5. There is no NEED for such when there are plenty of other options at lower prices. But no. Let us go along with the media and the result was to lambast Biden, Harris and the Democrats. You stupid jerks who cannot even discern the differences between what was right and what was wrong.

Furthermore, the environment for supply-side Reaganomics monopolies stupifies Americans. It has become far worse now than it was when we had more WWII generation people still with us. Don’t learn from history because the Republicans have done a number on civics and history education, let alone the information specialists in libraries who have been destroyed by the Republicans. Under leaders in business and education who were Democrats, I have witnessed business and education thrive with good results while Republicans worked to sabotage it all rather than work with others who were not so fixated on bulging pockets rather than a simple thing such as PROFITS. Profits not such a love of money that the executives bulge their pockets so much that we have seen an increase since the 1970s in salaries of those idiots in corporate board rooms increase more than 1000%. Ever check to see what has happened to the idea of living wages for common folk in that same time period? Something Bernie Sanders addresses. And where have jobs gone? Few can hold positions at the top and those jobs at the bottom have gone to other nations – nations which provide FREE HEALTH CARE while the billionaires of America with their freaking lousy puppet regime find ways to make it more difficult for common folk Americans to find jobs and receive adequate healthcare without going broke.

No. The reasons today’s fascist Republicans want to stupify Americans in this regard is this. It is all done for the whims of billionaires and others so as to get common folk on board the submarine which is heading for a crash on the ocean floor. And let us get scared by ICE and other maneuvering strategies by billionaires and their puppet regime run by a mentally ill bastard called the Man-baby.

I see the manipulation of the media to always show Trumpty Dumpty’s face on television, while all the good things Biden and Kamala accomplished are ignored, while the media is talking about bullshit like inflation, while it was actually decreasing and the Federal budget heading more towards a balance than towards insolvency which is used as a means to destroy Social Security and Medicare where the common folk have INVESTED their own money and don’t want it used for the Federal general budget items. Musk and others have devised this strategy towards insolvency of a government so as to use it as an excuse to STEAL from common folk and ignore the ROI we all deserve from money we put into that system. It is called SABOTAGE by Republican fascists doing the will of an autocratic oligarchy It is called THIEVERY by Republican fascists doing the will of an autocratic oligarchy. It is called VANDALISM by Republican fascists doing he will of the autocratic oligarchy.

The ones in control and power are the money lovers who stole rather than EARNED their way to the top. They did it to me and others like me in Florida who were laid off – as early a the 1990s. Sure. I should not be asking for a little “cheese with my w(h)ine” because after all, I got through it. I was lucky that I had friends who were Democrats who cared for me more than the Republicans who just went along with the fascists. But not all are so lucky to have had that. And I am not talking about Democrats who were leaders with handouts. I am talking about Democrats who often were NOT leaders but helped blaze a path of OPPORTUNITIES, not handouts. And that is the difference between the thievery of the wealthy who no longer make money the old fashioned way – the “earn it.”

The puppetry of the penis by the autocratic oligarchy needs to stop. Such asswipes make it easy to call Republicans Republi-dumss. Make it easy to see that the word Republican in the dictionary is found between “reptiles” and “repugnant.”

Anyone for cheese and wine, my friends and fellow common folk Americans? I’m ready! The “cheese” I hope for is a return to an environment with a Fairness Doctrine and recognition that hate speech and lying (slander) is NOT protected as free speech. That is my cheese with the wine.

What is Fascism and How to Identify Fascists/

First of all, let me explain my background knowledge. I was trained to lead democratic groups based on Roberts’ Rules of Order for Parliamentary Procedure. Compromise and consensus were two very important words I learned. A leader does not control by trying to control others with his/her opinions and force those opinions upon others. Democracy is about discussion and coming to consensus by means of compromise, if necessary. If you don’t like this description of democracy, then leave this nation and find one that does and see that you do not befall execution or genocide. My heart would bleed for such lainbrains, then. But then, I am NOT a bleeding heart. I rely on learning from history, not re-living history or repeating history. My heart aligns with other human beings of all kinds so we can ALL achieve success and satisfaction in life, even if it means we do NOT always have our way in a minor way, but are not forced to do what we don’t like.

Fascists are those who wish to control what other human, beings eat, drink, have sex, so as NOT to be merry.

  • Apathy produces fascism; regulation, teaching safety, teaching moderation in all things and teaching self-control is democracy

Have I said enough to make my point? I could go on and provide a never-ending list. Have I made my point? Or are you too stupid to humble yourself and learn? Shame on you. Everybody is ignorant, but no one has to remain ignorant and if they do, they become stupid.

It is Not JUST the Man-baby

Everyone talks about hoping Trump can be removed from office. But what needs to be done is to destroy the Man-baby Regime. The entire regime. For the entire regime is a puppet of the wealthy billionaires who are white supremacist fascists. This is thanks to Citizens United and a SCOTUS black man married to a white man, Clarence “Uncle Tom” Thomas. What is important here is to “follow the money” and that goes beyond JUST the Man-baby.

The strategic plan has been written. The plan is to destroy democracy and replace it with a fascist authoritarian regime. Such a fascist authoritarian regime has the same characteristics of King George III, the mentally ill crowned person of Britain which the colonists opposed and defeated in the American Revolutionary War. Had the colonists lost, a large number of them would have been executed by the King George fascist regime of the time period of the 1780s. Thus, while some stupid Americans have no brains so as to be convinced that instantaneous gratification can be done by an authoritarian regime and takes more time with a democracy. But that instant gratification means more than half the population would not be happy. The only peace with justice which could be achieved by a fascist regime is to make false claims and false witness of those who oppose the regime and then execute AND implement genocide among the population.

The Man-baby Trump Regime is a puppet of the money people like billionaires. The only answer is simply NOT to vote for ANYONE who is Republican, especially those who are very open to support of Trump. But all others can easily hide their support of the Man-baby, just to get along with others who don’t like the Man-baby Regime.

It is good for the opposition to raise enough money to oppose the Man-baby. But the Man-baby Regime is made up of cowardly people who have fear that such money can hurt them. Such demonic people are happy to hide their nasty parts and push all the stuff which can put up smoke and mirrors to cover over the true intentions of their strategic plan.

By the opposition pushing to raise tons of money, they also put aside the possibility of educating Americans about the true intent of the fascist authoritarians and what the results can be without a democracy and peace without justice among the population. To achieve peace is to execute and perform genocide. That is a very big lack of justice when it is defined by fake accusations and fake witnesses.

Lee Moran of Huffpost reviewed the Daily Mirror description of Trump and reported on Lawrence O’Donnell’s MSNBC reaction. The following is a portion of what Moran wrote:

The Daily Mirror reported on the president’s lie-filled speech to the United Nations on Tuesday via the one-word, withering headline “DERANGED.”

In one subheadline, the tabloid described Trump as the “world’s most powerful man-baby,” a brutal description that O’Donnell went on to use to taunt the president with again and again during his monologue.

It is nice to focus on the “man-baby.” Makes us feel good. At the same time, this example plus many other “feel good” activities draws our attention away from investigating where the money goes to support him or “follow the money trail” and eliminate the money trail.

Is the only thing we can do is keep giving money to defeat the man-baby or more investigation research about that money trail and shut down the trail? FDR shut down assets of those who wanted to destroy democracy and were people who followed Hitler. Teddy Roosevelt filed lawsuits against the wealthy as he was wealthy himself. Are the more wealthy like TR so engulfed in subjugation by ritilin or Prozac so they just cower in a corner somewhere, while the demonic ones with a love of money continue to zap others?

And don’t listen to those who claim, “there is nothing we can do” or “there is no hope.” By people saying this and these all become self-fulfilling prophesies. Rather than people repeating what can be done, they repeat what cannot be done and they predict the future.

A self-fulfilling prophecies being repeated over and over again will validate what is said that “united we stand, divided we fall.” Except the prophecy and prediction come true with a collection of many people using negative self-fulfilling prophecies.

To unify for the good of democracy, we need to be proactive against everything which surrounds the Man-baby and that regime. Period.

Resounding Loss Statement Means Demonstrating Being a WIMP

​Wimps, wimps and nothing but wimps. Afraid to say emphatically, “Do not vote for Republicans. PERIOD.” Wimps are afraid to say this. But the Republican Party is NOT the Republican Party to which I registered when I turned 18 and registered to vote. IT IS NOT. The Republican Party SHOULD be called the American Fascist Party. PERIOD. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. If you want fascism, you would vote for an authoritarianism which is no different from what Gus Hall and the American Communist Party wanted.

Just because Blakeman has mucho dollars does not mean a “resounding loss” for Governor Hochul. That indicates the American Fascist Party (aka Republicans) want to push fear and intimidation about not having enough money to win. In the process, these fascists bury all other issues because they cannot defend the other issues with facts rather than emotions. Get real. Get tough against fascists.

Let’s get real and face the reality of what is happening. Stop being WIMPS. 

Begin to address civil rights.  Just because a Muslim heads New York City, challenge strongly what the American Fascist Party (aka, Republicans today) are saying about Muslims being “terrorists.”  One Muslim might do something distasteful which is similar to what some white Christians might do. With white Christians then, does it mean ALL white Christian people are bad? Doe it mean all white people are terrorists? Go to hell if you think that because you are letting your EMOTIONS run your brain and with absolutely no logic.

Be strong, not weak.  Don’t be WIMPS.

Challenge the idiocy of “bloody” Man-baby fascists like Blakeman and say they follow a goosestep similar to the one done in Nazi Germany under Hitler.  Hit hard. Does the majority support Nazi or fascist ideas?  What the hell is the fear of saying such things?  If the majority is like that, then I will eat my hat.  Stop being so kind.

Convince New Yorkers that they should NOT vote for ANY Republican at ANY level because they are all in lockstep with fascism and a party claiming to be Republican.  Speak out that the Republican Party should not be called the Republican Party but the American Fascist Party.  Split the Republican Party down the middle.  Be tough.  Be hard.  Don’t beat around the bush.  Give examples of achievements of integration and multi-cultural multi-racial society.  Get tough.  Be hard.

Speak out that the love of money, not just money itself. The love of money is the root of all evil.  Money is what we use to live our lives financially stable, so it is NOT evil. Make the difference. Greed and selfishness go with money-loving jerks. Speak about such people as being money-loving jerks who don’t care if they take from others so as to gather much money together. by means of the free market that despicable freaking lousy Reagan gave to them on their path to amassing money out of love for money, not other human beings.

Speak out that profits are not love of money, but a matter of living financially well in a capitalist economy. 

Speak up that “disposable income” is a lousy term to use to represent PROFITS for the common man and woman. Profits are NOT a love of money but just like “balance” in our personal wealth so we can all live a life of “pursuit of happiness.”  

Paradigm shifts about attitudes need to be said.  DO IT.  

Resounding loss is a pitiful statement from wimps.  Stop being wimps.

Back in the day, Joe Biden should have stood behind Anita Hill at the hearings to confirm Clarence Thomas.  Stop playing Mr. Nice Guy and DO SOMETHING.  NOW before it is too late. How about if we learn from the history of that ordeal and not cry in our milk about something which happened several decades ago?

One writer says, “According to fascists, only those who share the correct attributes can be part of ‘the people’ and therefore true members of society. Others are outsiders, perhaps tolerated as guests if they respect their place and society feels generous. But outsiders have no right to be part of the democratic order: Their votes should not count.”

To be quite frank and to put it bluntly (not mildly), the idea that “only those who share the correct attributes” can be part of “the people” is a BULLSHIT BULLSHIT BULLSHIT statement.

Further, f***ing Tucker Carlson is an asswipe and a traitor. “This helps explain why Tucker Carlson claims “our democracy is no longer functioning” First of all, show us the evidence of this statement that “democracy is no longer functioning.” Secondly, rather than unleash DESTRUCTIVE forces, work together for REFORM of any problems in our democratic government. Find some thoughts from ideas of BEST PRACTICES and invoke them, don’t destroy what has worked for 250 years, you asswipe MAGA Maggots and Tucker Carlson. Go to hell.

The full statement from the author mentioned above: “This helps explain why Tucker Carlson claims ‘our democracy is no longer functioning,’ because so many nonwhites have the vote. It also helps explain why Carlson and others so vigorously promote the ‘great replacement theory,’ the idea that liberals are encouraging immigrants to come to the U.S. with the specific purpose of diluting the political power of ‘true’ Americans.”

This is all a BULLSHIT and treasonous statement made by Tucker Carlson. He needs to be executed for treason. PERIOD. He is worse than Benedict Arnold who defended mentally ill King George III of Britain. We executed Timothy McVeigh for his attack on black people in Oklahoma. Carlson and the fascists are doing nothing more than re-defining the Pledge of Allegiance where it says, “liberty and justice FOR ALL.” And this is why, for more than 20 years now, I have been attempting to highlight this statement in the Pledge and no one pays one damn bit of attention to what I say. Instead they listen to jerks like Carlson.

I have also been highlighting words such as “… life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” Another wording I have been highlighting is the following three words: “WE THE PEOPLE…” which are the first three words of the U.S. Constitution (Preamble). I usually point out that it does not indicate an aggregate few groups like, “we the billionaires of America” or “we the white folk of America” or “we the fascist thinking people of America” or “we the Bills fans of America” or… so on.

The writer of the article continues with: “The importance of seeing the people as an exclusive, privileged group, one that actually includes rather than is represented by the leader, is also at work when Trump denigrates Republicans who defy him, even in the smallest ways, as “Republicans in Name Only.” The same is also true when other Republicans call for these “in-house” critics to be cast out of the party, for to them any disloyalty is equivalent to defying the will of the people.”

What the writer fails to mention is that the “privileged group” today is nothing more than what Europe had with the “privileged group” of the aristocracy and divine right to rule. We fought our American Revolution to tear down that notion. Anyone bringing this up today is a traitor to the U.S. and our American Revolution with the Declaration of Independence of 1776.

All of the quotations above are found in a writing at UC Davis by Mark R. Reiff, 8 November 2022. The writing appears to be somewhat well researched, but could also touch those who are confused by democracy. Therefore, we should share suggestions for reform, not destruction of democracy. First thing is to fully understand how democracy should be best handled and fascism does not do it justice at all. And a democratic leader of the 20th Century made a succinct statement about democracy which people should not just pass off and come to understand it.

Prime Minister of Great Britain during World War II (against the Hitler regime) said: “Democracy is a very bad form of government, but all the others [including fascism and Nazism and authoritarianism and communism and autocracy and benevolent dictatorships] are so much worse.”

Taking a closer look at what Churchill said, we can say that “democracy is slow becasue we must attain a consensus and that takes time. Autocracies and authoritarianism has one person to make a quick decision. Don’t argue that. But what if that decision does NOT take into account an overall view of ALL the people, as fascism does? What happens to the portion of the population who ends up getting stamped on by such a hasty decision. Even a declaration of war is a slow process in a democracy and there is a reason for it. The Man-baby’s attacks on Iran have demonstrated this and if you don’t take a look at what has happened, then all I can say is you are a dumb jerk dismissing what I say. Furthermore, it was the Republicans who sabotaged efforts in the 1930s and 1940s to send aid to help protect Britain and other nations in Europe from Hitler’s war to FORCE people to abide by fascism. And what did Hitler do to groups who refused to abide by his dictatorial stink? Genocide. Who can justify genocide when democracy would help to avoid genocide. Reiff of UC Davis never even mentions this in his 2022 article. Gaining peace without justice means people are executed and murdered. Fascism creates such a barbaric society. We can learn from the historical examples of fascism in the Roman Empire. Reiff never touched on these aspects so as to LEARN FROM HISTORY, rather than the f***ing emotions generated because something in democracy does not work for some people.

Which means that Reiff never touched on the ideas regarding civilized society and civility v. barbarism with execution and genocide. Even Cubans displaced by one authoritarian regime when they were living under another authoritarian regime have come to America and MANY have pushed for civility in America. Not all Cubans, like f***ing Rubio, but MANY have done so. But then. What is Rubio’s background? He is not only Cuban, but also comes from an Italian Mussolini fascist background.

Learn from history, Mr. Reiff and incorporate thoughts of civility and civilization which require guidelines with democracy and balance to make life better, as is defined by our American Founding Fathers.

Rather than work for destruction of democracy, here is my list of suggestions for reform. (There are many more which can be added to this list and in a democracy can be added by others who refuse to simply dismiss mine and replace with their egotistical inspired suggestions, as would happen with fascists who survive because they think they are experts or… “drips under pressure”).

(1) Eliminate the Electoral College; it is an outdated 18th Century guideline (2) Eliminate gerrymandering; it is an outdated 19th Century guideline. (3) Have the members of the House of Representatives reflect the same percentage of the entire population as the example of our House of Representatives when we began this government in 1790; in this case, we made a mistake in updating the original 18th Century guidelines. (4) Return to the 18th Century definition of the U.S. Senate when governors of each state appoint two senators; too many candidates for the people to vote make the election process confusing – vote for governor and understand the governor appoints the senators. (5) If MAGA and the Man-baby have such a thrill out destruction, then DESTROY THE PACs and put limits on campaign financing so one group of people with all the money CANNOT control our government – oh, I forgot but those asswipes who have all the money are not usually those of color, are they? In other words DESTROY the SCOTUS Citizens United Decision. (6) To put a limit on campaign financing, have members of the House of Representatives serve ONLY one term which coincides with the 10-year census; KISS. (7) While we are at it, stop the “till death do we part terms of SCOTUS.” (8) Change the dynamic nature of changes of congressional districts to one of a static nature and still assure that each House member represents the number of people stipulated by the laws or has a weighted vote according to the population. (9) Return to the days of balance in the economy which were put in place by the Roosevelts: Teddy, Franklin D., and Eleanor. Notice there are Republican and Democrat in those I named, but no fascists. (10) DESTROY ICE. (11) Solidify the voting rights and civil rights acts into constitutional amendments. (12) Resume and/or increase the teaching of history and civics in public education, including memorization of the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution and Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address. (13) Resume and/or increase the teaching of the history of ALL people who have made this nation happen and demonstrate how much we should appreciate what we have in this nation, due to ALL people in this nation. (14) Stop corporal punishment in all American schools because it goes against some people’s religions and our Constitution guarantees a freedom of religion; we CAN create humility for the purpose of having people learn and it can be done WITHOUT corporal punishment or humiliation of people and children so as to create a humility to learn; could be done should we all come together rather than some working to sabotage such efforts. (15) Finally, and most importantly, if we keep ICE, than use it to DESTROY the entire Trump Man-baby Regime, MAGA shitheads, and the American Fascist Party which sabotages democracy. Why do we have the elimination of teaching of civics and history in schools? Because this has been a plan carried out now for decades, since the original fascist, Reagan, who claimed he represented something other than authoritarian Communism. He did not. Sabotage and telling lies over and over again so the lies become the truth has been the Goebellizataion of America since Reagan and no one listened to those of us who pointed it out. We were crazy, don’t you know? Why have we ended up like this? Because of the Bush elimination of the Fairness Doctrine and wimpy Obama, when asked to put it back in place, not doing so. What an example of a unilateral authoritarian mechanism than what George H.W. Bush did, as well as Reagan. We may have delayed much of what we see today by keeping Bush to only one term. The sabotage of the banking industry also began under Bush with his son, Neil and the S&L hoax when Neil was caught with his hands in the cookie jar. What a deliberate way to destroy the S&L and banking regulation created by FDR. And Jeb Bush used it in the early 2000s in Florida (perhaps Trump was also involved?) by manipulating the price of housing so much that in just a few years, prices of housing went up 125%. This was an increase which far exceeded the length of time of a 30-year mortgage. It destroyed the housing market and banks like Chase and Bank of America swooped in to pick up the pieces so as to raise prices to levels so high that only the wealthy could afford the housing while common folk were forced to rent and lose the homestead exemption in Florida.

Side note. Once again, apparently the MAGA maggots have some instrument of destruction on WordPress to block the AI image generation I have used in the past on WordPress. All of a sudden it has stopped. I will continue pointing this out until WordPress does something to sabotage whatever app it uses and destroy and shut down the sabotage. I have tried 20 times to generate an image. I have tried several different types of image generation. Apparently, I am being blocked.

Was Maeleine Albright targeted with bad words because she was too intelligent regarding fascism and the fascists building power and control within the Republican Party were fearful about what she could accomplish? Were too many Americans too stupid to notice or just bent on going about with their partying and sex to take notice? I wonder.

I make no apologies for using words as bullshit, shithead, and hell, so forth. If there was not too much of our media focusing on pushing what the fascists want, I would not be using this language. Until that stops and we return to the Fairness Doctrine in the media, I refuse to stop using vulgar language. Please note how many times I like to use f***ing rather than the true word. I try to stop there.

Fascist Tyranny in America

As a lifetime member of NEA/AFT/UFF, I share this information with you.

We have been told that there is an organization with a great name distributing anti-union, anti-collective bargaining leaflets to union members in Florida.  The group calls itself the Freedom Foundation. 

Now, let’s get this straight.  There is nothing wrong with any group distributing information.  Here are two things about this group.  (1) Freedom Foundation sounds great.  A great name.  Everyone wants freedom. (2) the group refuses to reveal its donors. 

In other words.  A negative group of cowards.  Want to remain hidden while trashing unions. 

They apparently may be preying in states like Florida which is a “right to work” state.  But they are a nationwide group. 

All the years I was in Florida, there was a push to maintain “right to work” laws.  What it meant was this.  Right to work actually means “right to work” as long as you have never belonged to a union.  They are scared cowards.  There were a number of us who were never hired at St. Petersburg Junior College for full time positions, due to a coward of a president at that college who checked backgrounds of everyone who applied there and if he discovered you once belonged to a union, he refused to hire full time.  I was one of them.  I had worked in the public schools in New York and was a member of NYEA/NEA here in New York. 

What this SOB of a college president did was force me to pick up my family and move, selling a house which, had I been able to remain, I would have paid off in 2018.  Instead, I still had a mortgage and have one here in New York.  Due to a bastard at St. Petersburg Junior College.

These people are running scared.  I did have a wonderful job at Palm Beach Community College, working both full time and night time.  St. Petersburg Junior College and I was only able to work part time.  But, I worked with some wonderful faculty in Palm Beach as we increased our union membership from 40% to 80%, doubling our membership.  I give myself a pat on the back, along with the others there who accomplished this, as a team.  In other areas of Florida, colleges have brought in unions, one after the other.  DeSantis and company is running scared at this.  In fact.  I am happy to report that just two years ago, St. Petersburg College (once St. Petersburg Junior College) has now unionized.  DeSantis and others are livid.  So they are pulling out all the stops for “union busting.”  It is more than just anti-gay, anti-black, anti-Jewish, but also anti-union.  Sorry to say this, but DeSantis is one hell of a bastard. 

The whole idea of these Republicans, since supply-side economics was pushed, is to remove balance in society.  Unions provide balance, as long as they don’t push the envelope too far and make it unbalanced in favor of unions.  Some might argue that was the problem in the auto industry with the UAW.  Perhaps.  Perhaps not.  But Reagan’s destruction of AT&T was truly about union busting under the guise of “deregulation.”  Deregulation is another form of dis-rupting economic balance, as well as supply side economics which is destructive to the demand side of the market.  Deregulation causes monopolies and centralized control similar to the centralized commune system in the former Soviet Union. 

When the 1% of stockholders in the regulated company for which I worked, were allowed to have “secret” stockholder meetings so as to destroy the company and make it what was good for the wealthiest – with a hatred of Franklin D. Roosevelt who put in place the BALANCES, thousands of us needlessly lost jobs at a corporation which was doing so well, it was considered a “cash cow.”  Ripe for the pickings of greedy criminals with the most money.  The IBEW at that company was also destroyed in the process, although I was not a member of the IBEW.

Now these Republicans are working to destroy balance in organizations with unions.  This is added to the attempts to destroy the very checks and balances built into our democratic form of government, established by our Founding Fathers. 

So, I ask everyone to watch out for a bunch of greedy liars and the “Freedom [NOT] Foundation.  For they are perverted cowards who hide their money.  They would be the first ones to not want money paid to unions hidden.  They think they are above the law.  This group of traitors to democracy and balance need to be stopped.  A vote for a Republican is a vote for fascist tyranny, not “politics.”

Rural Right Wing?

Dear Editors:

While your assessment of a movement by rural folks to the right wing is a good assessment, I have to ask what people are going to do to stop this?Just sit by and let it fly?

People in Tioga County have been controlled by the Republican Party.  They complain and try to put the blame on Democrats.  Why?

One person thought he was being really smooth by calling Democrats “dumocrats.” 

Yet, if one asks people why the blame on Democrats, there is no real reason and one finds out people are finding a strong and pervasive groupthink.  A groupthink which needs to be stopped.

When pessimism strikes about this area being impoverished, I have to ask why? After all, the responsibility lies with the local Republican Party and only fools would reach out to blame others in Albany.  Let me tell you about the complaints many of us had in a Democrat-majority county in Florida about the Republicans in Tallahassee which have controlled that state with one party, like a communist state, for 20 years or more.  Was that all this Republican-turned-Democrat did but to only do the blame game on the Repugnicans in Tallahassee?  No.  We came together at the local level to do what was needed to be done to solve our problems. 

Ask someone why they don’t like Nancy Pelosi and they usually don’t have an answer because they are like a bunch of lemmings being led off a cliff. 

To continue to vote for Republicans and not be able to differentiate right from wrong is horrific.  Slander by Molinaro as he tried to use scare tactics to get people to vote against Josh Riley or else be so scared they don’t go in and vote at all.  I observed that same thing happening in Florida, over and over and over again. 

When people complain and then go and vote Republican, they are mentally ill.  For they don’t get it.  They don’t realize that to do the same thing over and over and over again, expecting different results, is a mental illness. 

For me, I judge the candidates according to telling the truth and not just slandering opponents.  I see this more in the Democratic Party.  In fact, Josh Riley’s commercials merely told of his accomplishments.  Molinaro refused to debate issues with Riley and put commercials forth with slandering of Riley.  But when I see what is being put forth by a lousy leadership in the Republican Party, I cringe and look for something better.  That ain’t the Republican Party with fools who are mentally ill voting for the same thing over and over again.

I was once a Republican.  My family line was Republican, back to the years following the Civil War.  But in Florida, I had the rug pulled out from beneath me, several times, by greedy, snotty, vicious Republicans.  Note I call them Repugnicans.  It was the Democrats who helped give me opportunities to move on.  So when people stupidly put down Pelosi or call Democrats, “dumocrats,” I am insulted.  Why?  Because I have an appreciation for those who helped provide opportunities, not handouts, for me.  In the cases when the rug was pulled out from beneath me, I often thought about how, when times are tough, the tough get going. 

I see too many people in rural America who have no idea as to how to meet the challenges when the rugs get pulled out from beneath them. They don’t know how to be tough  and get going in order to solve our problems by considering the best proven practices. And being tough does not mean a proclamation of being “god” and using a gun or violence.  They just sit with a mindset for “that was how we always have done it.” 

That mindset does not work, so get tough and find something else.  Being reactionaries means just let the chips fall where they may, rather than being proactive for the future. 

Examples of local people who were more proactive are two very fine gentlemen:  George F. Johnson and Thomas J. Watson. These two plus many others, too.

A white racist bigot said to me, in opposition to what I write to light fires to get people moving to move forward, said to me:  “get a grip.”  I have a “grip.” That “grip” is on standing firm in my humanity convictions (i.e., human justice, human equality, human communities, etc.) and finding the best practices, not ideology, to solve our problems.    

My writing is more important than a letter to the editor and restricted to a certain length.  My writing falls in the op-ed or commentary “My Turn” category.  My writings have been curtailed since Trump took over the Republican – no REPUGNICAN – Party.  An example of fascism in America for which voters should be turning away from such turmoil and differentiate right from wrong.

Hidden Agendas and Who From the Puritanical Fascist Crowd Has and Maintains Them like Watergate Burglars?

I think people should be concerned enough to do something. It comes from hidden snipers online who are smart enough to re-set settings and change programming codes in my Microsoft 365 software.

The latest in Microsoft? One time rows of a worksheet can be sorted. Another time, the SAME PROCESS cannot be done and the “sort” capability grayed out. Why?

Apparently, Americans do not give a damn about their fellow human beings. After spreading the word about how there were other “networks” on my line and I could see them, rather than help me solve the problem, the number of outside and “hidden” networks increased. So, to be like Watergate burglars and push further, hoping I would not stand up for my humanistic convictions as to how we respect one another, walk in integrity, and have dignity for one another, it is humorous to just push more. Same with Democratic Party campaign signs being stolen by Repugnicans. Complain and they turn it up a notch, while everyone sits by, saying, “too bad, too bad” and SHUT UP.

Frederick Douglass did not shut up. Harriet Tubman did not shut up. Abraham Lincoln did not shut up. My 5tth cousin five times removed, Ezra Cornell, did not shut up. Teddy Roosevelt did not shut up, even to condemn his father TR, Sr., for not serving in the civil war. FDR did not shut up. MLK, Jr., did not shut up. JFK and RFK did not shut up. John Lewis did not shut up. Alcee Hastings did not shut up. Thurgood Marshall did not shut up. Nancy Pelosi did not shut up. Etc., etc., etc.

All of these examples are of people who stuck to their their humanistic convictions about human justice, human equality, and respect for fellow human beings. Many such people stuck to their convictions against supply-side economics, whether white supremacist fat pig slave owners in Dixie or fat pig sweat shop owners in the North or fat pig robber barons such as those which exist today who refuse to pay their fair share of taxes and work to destroy things which are good for the common folk.

The ones today consist of the fat pigs in big pharma, fat pigs of big oil, fat pigs of big health insurance companies, the fat pigs of lawyers who block the establishment of healthcare for all while they line their pockets by proclaiming their opposition to big fat pig insurance, the fat pigs of local news and information newspapers who deliberately line their pockets by reducing local content and laying off good librarians and investigative reporters, fat pigs of technology, energy, hospitals and clinics with their organizations formed from M&A into centralized organizations which destroy small business and public entities which created a greater sense of taking America for the greatness it had, not the greatness of vicious and bullying white supremacists and bigoted pigs… More….

This all produces centralized supply-side economics on the model of communist Cuba and communist China and communist North Korea. It’s also on the model of the former Soviet Union which still exists today, with Putin.

In this process of elimination of the market demand-side consumers, these fat pigs DEMAND of the consumers and tell consumers what makes them happy. While stupid consumers on the market DEMAND-side swallow this drivel and vote for fascist vicious Repugnicans who don’t know how to address the issues and smear their opponents with slander and lies, so they can get to Congress and be on the take of the big fat pigs of big pharma, big oil, big health conglomerates, etc.

Rupert Murdoch’s newspaper is still printed and available in stores, while the good newspapers like local ones and the New York Times (etc.) are NOT available to inform the common folk who take an interest in life. Meanwhile, Murdoch has been quoted as having a desire to “destroy local news and information” by destroying local ownership of local media.

This all has to stop by people not just talking about “moral convictions.” That is too ambiguous. Talk about standing firm for convictions tailored to human equality, human justice, human dignity, human respect, and human integrity for walking with one another in the human race. Talk about providing opportunities for fellow human beings, not just handouts. We the people, not we the big fat pigs of big corporations as represented by Alito and the bastards of the SCOTUS who FORCED Citizens United down our throats like big fat dictators telling us what it takes to be happy.

To challenge me in what I am saying here, i get crap of “get a life” or “get a grip” upon me, as if I am not happy with the blessings I have. People put these wonderful quotes on Facebook. The quotes are beautiful. But do they get to those who need an attitude adjustment among the common folk? If they did, we would have seen different results in this past election with people intelligent enough to differentiate right from wrong when Repugnicans smear the images of good people and are not able to address the issues because they fear being revealed for their hidden agenda from pocketing money from the big fat pigs of supply-side economics and their monopolizing corporations which destroy local business, healthcare for all, public education for all. We the people. How many times do I have to say this? Not for the least common denominator of “we the people.” We the people means to address ALL people the best that can be done. Small businesses, not monopolized big centrally controlled corporations, as has been proven, has been the best way for America to achieve this.

Even former General and President Ike Eisenhower warned us not to let the military-industrial complex develop. We did anyway as we allowed centralized big corporations of all kinds to develop. Likely, this was more than Ike could probably have imagined.

Hillary says “it takes a village.” That is correct. This notion challenges the notions that about how it only takes white supremacists, big fat pigs and others to make a nation great. And the big fat pigs don’t like Hillary for saying that. Well may they be damned and go to h-e-double-hockey-sticks with their stupidity backed up by those with puritanical mindsets based on traditionalism only.

Or, perhaps we need to take baseball bats to the knees of such lousy people (he says in a facetious manner).

You know the ones who get all wrapped up in proclaiming that rules necessary to wipe out prurient interests while we have big fat pigs, lords over media, handing weapons, violence, blood, guts, and gore into our eyes within the media, more frequently than nudity, sex, or other “prurient” interests. And when nudity is portrayed, we see fig leaves in the form of blurred images, in programs like Naked and Afraid, while we are SUBJECTED TO and have it THRUST IN OUR FACES very violent scenes with people getting knifed or gunned down, whether real or fictional programs.

With all of this, let me return to my original comments about what is on my mind. Changes to settings and programmed apps by vicious, terrible people hidden by wired and wireless communications. That is what this message is about. So go get a grip and make things worse, rather than work to improve all of what I outline here. I get a grip. My grip is on sticking to my humanist convictions of “we the people” as being more important than what is imposed on us by big fat pigs who have slaves of punishment serving them, whether hidden online or removing political signs out of fear that Democrats might be elected, not to address issues which are of concern to we the people and human beings overall. And such dolts who do what I describe here and never being able to take notice of how to differentiate between right and wrong when it comes to a civilized human society with an inclination towards survival of the fittest of the entire human race in our dominion over non-humans such as animals, insects, etc. We are all human beings, so let’s work to help one another and not take an interest in crap like rules of puritanical and prudish ways. Rules about how humans can get along with one another and coexist – these are the reasons for what I describe.

Sadness Rates in the World (and America)

I have read David Brooks columns for many years.  I have listened to David Brooks commentary Friday evenings on PBS.  Many times I see eye to eye with Brooks’s somewhat more conservative ideas.  Many times I don’t see eye to eye with Brooks.  That is what America is about.  Considering commentary (sometimes opinion, too), learning and gaining wisdom, and synthesizing into our own thoughts. 

There is no way we can always see eye to eye with a person 100% of the time.  Whether that person is our spouse or just a friend or acquaintance, we can never be in agreement 100% of the time.  That is the way things should be, but they are not, as fascist Republicans use scare tactics to mesmerize the minds with opioid treatment. 

With this being said (and extending my message with more words), I now must comment about the commentary, with facts, presented by Mr. Brooks on 2 Nov. 2022.  His facts are about a “grim tide of sadness” in the world.  He uses facts to demonstrate that the lower portion of society are in the lower sector of society who have seen an increase in sadness. At the same time, those in the upper classes (I shall call the oligarchy) have seen an increase in happiness.  In other words, at the expense of the lower classes of people, the upper classes are happier.  The lower classes are not as happy.  Facts presented as part of his opinion-editorial (op-ed), but I see it more as a commentary with facts, not an opinion.  (The media has caused the problems we have by calling these op-eds). 

Mr. Brooks discusses such facts from various Asian nations.  Communist China is one such nation.  The oligarchy in a presumed communist nation (which should NOT have an oligarchy) have experienced this ordeal and an increased wealth among those at the top has been revealed. 

This sounds like what has been happening in a presumed capitalist nation like the USA.  Reaganomics and supply-side economics, in my humble opinion (I can provide facts, too), are at fault for this happening in the USA.  A twisted idea of what capitalism truly is, as we think of capitalism as “supply-side economics,” while Adam Smith (18th Century contemporary to our Founding Fathers) defined capitalism as something to challenge the oligarchy of supposed divine-rights kings and feudal landlord nobles and barons with the idea of SUPPLY AND DEMAND.  Balance and not individualism at the top.  In this practice, only government can regulate the balance between supply and demand.  Reagan claimed “government” is a problem, due to such regulation.

Another side to what Mr. Brooks says harks back to my days of learning from a Christian pastor who embraced the ideas of Deist Thomas Jefferson, that ideas from the Hebrew scriptures regarding creationism do not have to be examples of rejection of evolution and survival of the fittest (Darwinism and atheism).  This pastor pointed out that the men who wrote those Hebrew scriptures were merely attempting to come to grips with what God was about in the universe.  That seven days in the lives of men could be millions of years in the eyes of God. We cannot be certain about God because human beings did not have the knowledge of God. 

Another aspect I learned from this Christian pastor had to do with Darwinism and atheism.  This pastor represented survival of the fittest as meaning our human species having dominion over animals, but that Jesus Christ came as the WORD OF GOD (John 1:1) to help dispel such ideas by centering on a love of one another, all human beings. 

This means that survival of the fittest is not between “chosen people,” as Israelis contend, or between white and black people, or between Latinx and others, or between straight or gay, or between men and women.  It is not a matter of surviving by having control of one human species over another.  Rather it is about all human beings having love for one another and working in community, not as selfish and greedy individuals who berate their fellow human beings. 

Examples.  White supremacists think they are better than black folk. I have heard this crap expressed against former President Obama. On the other hand, black folk who proclaim the election of Obama as being a “first.”  White supremacists who have invoked lynch mobs during the era of Jim Crow.  They only accept black folks unless they follow the marching orders of white folk (i.e., Thomas or Walker).  The males reject females when someone like my mother runs in a Republican primary for a political office and many males say, “they don’t want her to be town supervisor because she is a woman.”  The black man who thinks we need to get rid of abortions, for the sake of black folk and no consideration of the entire human race and particular situations where the mother might lose her life (the fetus is more important than the mother, so both must die?) or there is rape or incest involved.    In all of these examples, people have thick skulls and don’t allow the elevator to go all the way to the top.

Thus, we get supply-side economics and the development of only the “me, me, me” individualist greedy attitudes which Mr. Brooks addresses in his own way.  We are living with the lack of love for one another and no care or consideration for one another, due to individualist “survival of the fittest” attitudes.  We don’t think about providing opportunities for all people and many times it’s more about providing handouts instead, although that, too, is objectionable to white supremacists and others. 

America HAS been the shining light, compared to Communist China and other sections in the world.  For the sake of “survival of the fittest” of the Chinese people, CBS Sixty Minutes report this past Sunday pointed out that the Communist Chinese version of Tik Tok is very controlled so as to EDUCATE their own people.  But for the rest of the world, they put it out there in an “anything goes” fashion.  It helps the Chinese survive while helping to destroy the education and learning capacities of our Western civilization. The Chinese embrace what Western classical music can do for the brains of people, while our Western people, stupidly, reject it and demonstrate their stupidity and lack of a brain, in the process. 

The net result since the Reagan and the birth of supply-side economics, has been  several developments in America.  (1) we want opinions, not facts; (2) we have big fat pig newspaper publishers who reject good journalism, local investigative reporting, local information and commentary, and do everything by sensationalism; we then wonder why “nobody reads newspapers;” (3) Ronald Reagan, Jr., who identifies himself as being an atheist and one has to wonder whether he supports “survival of the fittest” as being between those in the human species, not between humans and animal species – anything goes, but stop two consenting adults from doing what they wish to do; (4) defense of greed, narcissism, love of money, and lack of caring for one another, due to “survival of the fittest;” (5) love of gladiator-type games and being mesmerized by blood and guts and guns splashed on television screens. 

In the 1950s, the character, Perry Mason said just the opposite of what publishers say about newspaper journalism and the facts.  Perry Mason:  “I don’t want opinions, I want the evidence.” 

In the 1980s, the character, J.B. Fletcher said, “I have a theory [not a conspiracy theory] but I need the evidence and facts.  All opposite of what is being said today throughout our society when invoking greed and narcissism and validating it with “survival of the fittest.”  Then the far left liberals wish to spend all our time protecting the animals with which humans have dominion.  That is fine to have such opposition when humans massacre animals for the sake of greed and selfishness.  But to protect us from losing our own food stocks, such actions by the far left push the envelope too far.  Example. 

Killing predators of deer and domestic livestock, we kill off the coyote.  Then the deer populate to such a point that they become a nuisance for drivers and for those who maintain gardens for the sake of human needs for consumption.  When, in actuality, When in actuality, the “survival” factor could be to have donkeys protect the livestock because they are able to stomp on any coyote which come close to the livestock.  Nature working together for the sake of “survival of the fittest” among animal species, but to consider that God does not intend “an eye for an eye” among the human species because Jesus Christ said something contrary to “an eye for an eye….”

Sad to hear the sadness rate increases for “lower class” humans.  This should be stopped. An attitude adjustment contrary to survival of the fittest among the human species needs to occur.  Balance can be accomplished by regulation of business so as to eliminate the creation of monopolies with the use of supply-side economics.   Mr. Brooks only presented the facts, but really did not identify solutions.  Thus, I refer to Mr. Brooks and his facts, but also present ideas for solutions, too.  

My writing is not a letter to the editor because it is too lengthy.  My writing is not an op-ed because it is a commentary with solutions. Really.  It is not too lengthy to be an op-ed or a commentary.  Thank you, Mr. Brooks, for the facts included in your commentary.

My commentary, not op-ed, to PBS Washington Week producers.

I am trying to understand why there seems to be such a strong “undercurrent” within the people whom I communicate. After watching PBS Washington Week and considering the money I see donated to PBS and NPR by big oil tycoons, the Koch brothers, I am now beginning to understand.

The PBS programs appear to be in the gutter, avoiding good investigative journalism and relying on analysis of political ideas and the ideas of those who don’t support the fascist, John Birch, KKK agenda in America today. You don’t discuss this fascist agenda, perhaps because money comes to PBS from fascists like the Koch brothers and big oil?

Gasoline prices. They are actually lower, figuring for inflation over a long period of time, and in comparison to the inflation aspect of consumer earnings. I have the evidence. It was published in NEWSPAPERS but not in the broadcast media. Comparisons in terns of inflation, from the early 1950s to the oil embargo of the 1970s, to today. I READ NEWSPAPERS and PRINT COPY of periodicals. I could do without the junk mail in print copy, but we are FORCED by big fat pigs of corporations to accept the lack of printed NEWS and INFORMATION.

Inflation. Really no worse than it has been many times in history. But keep limiting information to being the worst. I have seen worst. Give us a long term HISTORICAL evidence this is the worst. Do a comparison to what the inflation was like under various political party leaderships over the past. Nixon and his proposals for “price controls.” Don’t just tell us how a FEW voters think about this. That is disgusting.

Dealing with inflation. There is newspaper info. with ideas about how to deal with inflation. But of course the technology industry, propped up by big oil and the fascists, is pushing a liberal agenda to stop reading newspapers. Yes. I said liberal.

And then the liberal agenda pushes the envelope in trying to maintain that, somehow, reading newspapers in digital form is going to save trees. Really? What saves trees is to stop ripping down the rain forests for development and not replacing those trees, such as what has happened in a South American nation now run by a vicious fascist. PLUS. The consideration that the more technology, computers, and mobile phones there are, the more electricity is consumed which brings pressure on the electricity infrastructure and its grid to produce more.

Does anyone actually believe the fascist agenda with Trump, Rick the Prick Scott, DeSatan, and others is truly going to change the scenario I identify above?

Rick the Prick inherited from Democrats a really lousy setup of PUP insurance for hurricane coverage in Florida. Did Rick the Prick make a change? Nah! He never made any change in this. What DID Rick the Prick do instead? Fought Obamacare because it goes against the egotistical narcissistic ways of Rick the Prick who made money from PRIVATIZATION of hospitals, where he plead the 5th numerous times when he was charged with stealing from Medicare. |

When Florida voters approved of a fast-speed rail system so as to save money over the long term and cut down on carbon emissions, why did Rick the Prick override the voters? Because he had his marching orders from the Koch brothers and others who insisted they wanted to continue to sell oil and to hell with other means of getting around it.

Those of us consumers and voters were screwed by Rick the Prick when he did this. Some of us invest in corporations which wish to do BOTH oil and alternative fuels. The Koch brothers ONLY want oil. So, in the name of the Koch brothers, Rick the Prick took his marching orders from vicious egotistical bastards who just MIGHT be giving support to PBS. And we the consumers who invested in real residential real estate along the route of that rail system were screwed as well.

Developers along that proposed rail route were screwed as well, while corrupt developers in Palm Beach, with house flippers, made out well with their corrupt practices while working with the banks. Who does real estate in Palm Beach County? Care to guess? The guy at Mar-a-Lago.

And the answer to this is, by the ideas of the fascists, to use coal and pollute more. Electricity in a Florida utility, I am told, is now concentrated with coal and gas while a less-polluting nuclear plant has been shut down. Not to endorse the ideas of nuclear, but there has been R&D work to improve the safety of producing nuclear. Where? in Europe, where the build rail systems.

The undertow of groupthink talk here is to put down electric vehicles, as if they are going to do bad things to the electric grid. What about the bad things being done to the grid when people are buried more in technology and not paying attention to their fellow human beings?

What is being described here is being done in the midst of this consumer groupthink undertow of information to push the idea that the local newspaper stop printing on paper. The anti-electric vehicle (anti-solar, anti-wind power, anti-hydro power) and pro-non-printing on paper is inconsistent in claiming, “the environment will be better.” According to this talk, solar is awful. Wind power is awful. But keep putting those newspapers out in digital form where consumers have to fight with the technology and pay higher costs just to get their newspapers and INFORMATION.

But no. The cost aspect is thrown at me by those who wish to defend what THEY want and never consider an overall COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS over the long term.

Liberals are just as bad in pushing the envelope too far. There are alternative biomass fuels which can LOWER carbon emissions in vehicles. But no That lack of PERFECTION and they reject those and dig in their heals ONLY for solar or wind power, etc. Methanol. Still has carbon emissions. But compare such fuels to gasoline emissions? Is it better? I believe it is. But only a theory on my part. We need the evidence from the media doing its job, not simply giving us analytical views of politics.

In a PURPLE America where we got along, the production of methanol fuels could be bolstered by people working with Iowa farmers, not the coal producers. Or by orange growers in Florida with “co-electric projects.” Corn and other agricultural products can be grown in the back yards of the Keystone project people in Pennsylvania. For the production of fuels with LOWER carbon emissions. Not zero carbon emissions, perhaps. LOWER carbon emissions than what we get with gasoline. Hybrid vehicles as a choice for consumers as we ease into electric vehicles. But no. Liberals are opposed to this just as much as the big fat pig fascist oligarchs of oil are opposed to electric vehicles, solar, wind, and other energy sources. Such fascists get supposedly good-thinking “red” Americans to stupidly line up behind them.

Even if someone like me did not care for George W. Bush, he pushed the idea of reduced carbon emission vehicles. I liked that. In one of his state of the union addresses, he pushed for the use of switch gas for biomass fuels. Why? Because, as he proposed this, he outlined how the fermentation process can be reduced. So where are the switch grass farms today, some 20 years later? We have the agricultural lands, but where are these farms and the corn farms today, for these purposes? Stifled by liberals who insist “we don’t have a perfect fuel, so let’s not do this because we wish to concentrate on ONLY the perfect energy sources with NO emissions.” Stupidity here , too, among the liberal groupthink. HOWEVER.

Where is the money today? In the hands of the liberals who are yelling and screaming their dissent? Or in the hands of the wealthiest at the top who insist there IS no climate change, so let us continue to use oil. For the future of our children and generations into the future, we need to stop this BS approach and work together. We need those of us who have invested in a more moderate approach to get us through these years and into the future. A STRATEGIC PLAN is missing because there is too much tugging of one way or the other just to see who comes out the winner. The WINNER needs to be our entire community of people in the great USA, into the future. What is the STRATEGIC PLAN to accomplish this goal? With the fighting and the turmoil, I have a problem detecting it.

It’s a PURPLE STRATEGIC PLAN, not a RED PLAN (fascists) or BLUE PLAN (liberals) which will determine our way forward, based on what we can learn from the past, not RE-LIVE the past, as the stupidity of MAGA, QAnon, and others propose.

The reason the Koch brothers and other big fat pigs in the oligarchs push for Trump, Rick the Prick Scott, and DeSatan is really simple to see. So why is the media not projecting this? Is PBS getting support from the Koch brothers, so ignores this simple thing?

Governor Lawton Chiles, of Florida (and a person people hoped would be president in 2000), filed a lawsuit which brought down big tobacco in the USA. He filed this lawsuit with several other states, due to the cost the states had to endure in helping their citizens with lung cancer due to smoking tobacco. The costs were staggering, according to a report by journalist and lung cancer suffering Peter Jennings. Chiles won the lawsuit.

The vicious fat pigs of North Carolina relented by taking over the electric utility where Chiles had served on the board of directors. With thousands of other Florida employees, I lost my job due to the strategic plans of those fat pigs. A plan implemented slowly and over time and gives us much of what we have today

I am just supposed to shut up about this, due to the benefits I had following the layoff. But I won’t. Because much of what the fat pigs like Jeb Bush, Rick the Prick and DeSatan did in the interim between layoff and retirement was to screw me even more. I speak of this, in site of the wonderful career I had. I could have had more in retirement. That is a statement made because their are stupid asses who vote for the fascist Republicans who wish to bring down the Medicare and Social Security systems for which I rely on after Rick the Prick Scott and others destroyed some of my retirement investments in Florida, among other things.

These oligarchic fools don’t have the right to do that just because they have money and they need to be called on it. Where is the media to do this laying these people on the carpet? By the first words in the Constitution, WE THE PEOPLE, these fools don’t have a right to do this. Just by those simple words alone. They believe that what is good for the oligarchs is good for the nation. BS on that.

Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Power which takes into consideration more than a minority of people called white people is a corrupt power and tries to move towards the “absolute power which corrupts absolutely.” Koch brothers, John Birch, KKK are all corrupt and their absolute power corrupts we the people absolutely.

I have heard by hearsay from a person married to a white apartheid-loving anti-Mandela person from South Africa, that the tobacco companies have moved operations to South Africa. So, that makes that lawsuit by Lawton Chiles so bad that they had to murder Lawton Chiles and make it look like something else? Rather than build better “American mousetraps” (as has been a good example of America), we embolden white supremacists out of their closet of hiding their racism and cry foul when things are not as foul as these people make things to appear?

The only speculation I can make is that we have a lousy media today taking their cue from the money of the Koch brothers, Rupert Murdoch, and other oligarchic robber barons of the 21st Century. A media which does not follow what Peter Jennings did with his reports about big tobacco and the lawsuits which benefited society overall (according to the Peter Jennings reports). A media which will identify and bring out of the closet the vicious fascists today, rather than just reporting everything as if we as normal today as the era of the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, etc.

What does the media propose to do? What analysis based on strategic plans for the sake of WE THE PEOPLE does the media intend to present? Anything? Because I don’t see it and have to wonder why? I say, WHY NOT?
